Online Parks Reservation Program!

 

  • All users must create an account to make a reservation. Please use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer; mobile devices (i.e. cell phones, tablets, etc.) are not compatible and should not be used when making a reservation.

  • Click on the Sign in button on the top right corner to create a new account or to access an existing account. Failure to enter the correct municipality (city or town) that you live in will result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation. If you do not see your city or town listed, please enter "OTHER CITY".

  • Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis only. Please click on the Park Information link to review all information prior to making a reservation. 

  • All day reservations must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date. The Parks and Public Works Department does not charge per hour. Visa and MasterCard are only accepted for online reservations. Your billing address must match the profile account address. A convenience fee of 2.4% will be charged on all credit card transactions.

  • Click on the Calendar link and then the Reserve Facility link to make a reservation. 

  • Customers must contact the Parks & Public Works Department at (408) 399-5781 to request a caterer and/or vendor for an event. Requests for approval must be made no less than one month prior to the event. Please refer to the Parks Reservation Rules & Regulations for additional information.

  • Please contact the Parks & Public Works Department at (408) 399-5781 to request a special use permit for events such company events, organizational recreation activities, formal classes, and festivals.

       

    Please bring your Sales Receipt and Rental Contract on the day

    of your reservation as proof of payment.
